altUC Irvine senior Camille Buckley (Ontario, Calif./Loyola Marymount) posted a pair of double-doubles in earning Big West Women’s Basketball Player of the Week accolades.

The 6-1 forward notched a game-high 17 points and 10 rebounds in a one-point loss to Hawai‘i as she hit on 7 of 11 from the field.

In a 76-72 win over Big West leader Cal State Northridge, Buckley erupted with a game-high 28 points and 16 rebounds (eight offensive) and knocked down 12 of 14 free throw attempts.

Buckley’s season free throw totals are 159 of 203, which ties the UCI single-season record for made and sets the new mark for attempted free throws.

For the week, Buckley averaged 22.5 points, 13.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game while shooting 46.9 percent (15 of 32) from the floor.
