Kendall Kenyon (Stockton, Calif./St. Mary's HS) turned in a pair of double-doubles for league-leading Pacific as the Tiger sophomore earned Big West Women's Basketball Player of the Week accolades.
The 6-2 center averaged 14.0 points, 15.0 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game to help the Tigers defeat UC Irvine (68-47) and Long Beach State (69-63). Pacific improved to 18-3 overall and 8-1 in Big West play.
Kenyon posted an efficient 12 points and 11 rebounds in just 19 minutes of play against the Anteaters.
Against the 49ers, Kenyon compiled 16 points and 19 rebounds to go along with three blocked shots and a career-high tying four steals. With the 19 boards, Kenyon is now responsible for two of the top 30 single-game rebounding marks in the NCAA this season.
For the week, Kenyon shot 50.0 (10 of 20) percent from the field.
