Senior Sweets Underwood's (Compton, Calif./Centennial HS) double-double performance helped UC Santa Barbara snap a three-game skid and earn her Big West Women's Basketball Player of the Week accolades.
Underwood notched a career-high 22 points in Wednesday's 79-69 triumph at Loyola Marymount.  She made 8 of 12 floor shots and sank all but one of her seven free throw tries.

The 6-0 forward added a team-leading 11 rebounds to secure her third double-double of the season and 11th of her career.  The 22 points eclipsed her previous career-best by four.  Underwood also had two steals, a block and an assist to aid the Gaucho cause.
