UC Riverside senior Tre'Shonti Nottingham (Moreno Valley, Calif./Canyon Springs HS) notched 29 points in three consecutive games – all Highlander wins – to earn the nod for Big West Women's Basketball Player of the Week.

Nottingham recorded her career-high for points in the victories over Pepperdine (79-71), Utah State (94-90 in OT) and Cal State Bakersfield (75-63) as the Highlanders won three straight games for the first time since the 2010-11 season.
She averaged 6.7 rebounds, 6.7 assists and 3.3 steals to complete an all-around effort that left UCR 3-1 on the season. Nottingham also registered three straight 20-point games for the first time in her career.
In the road win against the Waves, Nottingham made 8 of 15 shots from the field and knocked down all but one of her 14 free throw attempts. She also contributed seven rebounds, seven assists and five steals.
Playing 41 minutes in the victory over the Aggies, the 5-4 guard shot just 8 of 21 overall but was lethal from the perimeter on 4 of 8 three-point shooting. She dished out five assists and added a pair of steals.
Nottingham then set a single-game school record for most made free throws as she achieved a perfect 15-for-15 performance at the line against the Roadrunners. She also eclipsed the 1,000 point mark in her career, doing so with her 28th point in the game. Nottingham became the 14th player in school history to accomplish the feat, finishing the week with 1,001 career points. In addition, she tied her career best of eight assists in the 12-point road win.
