The nation's greatest college soccer rivalry looms as halfway points are reached in soccer and volleyball. Meanwhile, the first championships of the 2012-13 season are just a week away.
Cross Country
Cal State Fullerton will host the Titan Invitational as the final tune-up before the Big West Conference Cross Country Championships, which set for Saturday, October 27 at UC Riverside.

Men's Soccer
Critical conference matches are set as the week gets an early start, with the nation's greatest college soccer rivalry set to resume Friday. Central Coast rivals Cal Poly and UC Santa Barbara will meet at Harder Stadium in the NSCAA Game of the Week on FOX Soccer.
Things kick off Tuesday with North Division leader Sacramento State at preseason favorite UC Santa Barbara and UC Davis at Cal Poly. Meanwhile, South Division battles are set for Wednesday with divison-leading Cal State Northridge at Cal State Fullerton and preseason favorite UC Irvine visiting UC RIverside.
For the fifth year, select matches will be broadcast on the BigWest.TV platform, including almost all matches from Cal State Fullerton and UC Santa Barbara. Beginning this season, all BigWest.TV live content will stream FREE OF CHARGE.

Just two weeks remain in the regular season with league-leading Cal Poly hitting the road for a pair of big road matches, including a visit to third-place Cal State Fullerton. Meanwhile, 2010 & 2011 Big West Tournament finalists and Black & Blue rivals UC Irvine and Long Beach State meet, with each team hot on the heels of the Mustangs for tops in the conference.
