David Hanson scored a career-high 28 points in Cal Poly's 70-64 road win over Pepperdine to earn Big West Men's Basketball Player of the Week accolades.
The junior connected on a career-best six three-pointers (in 10 attempts) and equalled a career high with 10 field goals made to help the Mustangs end a five-game roadtrip with a win.
Hanson also had a career-high two blocked shots to go along with five rebounds and two assists in 37 minutes of action.
He hit a pair of three-pointers to spur a 10-2 Mustang run late in the game to hold off a charging Waves squad.
