1. Cal Poly Upsets No. 9 UCLA...Twice
For the second straight night, the Cal Poly volleyball team defeated No. 9 UCLA 3-1(17-25, 25-23, 25-19, 25-23) Friday at Mott Athletics Center in front of a packed house. The No. 22 Mustangs (7-1) came back after losing the first set to win the next three and hand the Bruins (4-2) its second loss of the season. Full Story
2. LBSU Women's Soccer Ties School Record In 6-0 Win Over St. John’s
Long Beach State dominated both halves of play Friday against St. John’s, tying a school record with six goals scored while holding the Red Storm to just six shots in a shutout in a 6-0 victory at George Allen Field. Full Story

4. UC Riverside Women's Soccer Player Wong Highlighted in LA Times
Katie Wong's big right foot helped her earn a soccer scholarship to UC Riverside after she scored more than two dozen goals in three seasons at Corona Santiago High. She has a bigger heart off the field, a philanthropic dynamo who has been a benefactor to Riverside and Orange County organizations as well as a supporter of her father, Stan, a Los Angeles police officer, and his colleagues.Full Story
