Toeaina Earns Bank Of Hawaii Classic MVP Honors

Hawai‘i senior Sarah Toeaina (Covington, Wash./Kentwood HS) notched her second career Big West Women’s Basketball Player of the Week award after claiming Most Valuable Player recognition at the Bank of Hawaii Classic.

A 5-11 guard, Toeaina averaged 18.0 points and 5.0 rebounds per game in victories over Northern Arizona (84-68) and San Diego (64-63).
