On the Individual side, Cal State Fullerton’s Martina Edberg claimed her second Big West Conference Championship medalist honor after firing 1-under 71 today for a 54-hole score of 6-under 210. The Glumslov, Sweden, native, also won the individual title as a freshman back in 2014.
UC Riverside’s Jakeishya Le closed the gap on Edberg with a 4-under 68 in the final round but was unable to catch her and finished one stroke back at 211. Hawai’i’s Isabella Leung placed third with a score of 217 and was followed by Cal Poly’s Jamie Binns (218) and Long Beach State’s Jennifer Yu (219).
