Crain Helps Highlanders To Solid Big West Start

In Saturday’s 83-53 win at UC Santa Barbara, Crain poured in a season-high 33 points as the Highlanders enjoyed their largest margin of victory (+30) in a Big West road win in 10 years. She made 13 of her 24 floor shots, including a pair of three-pointers, and hit all five of her free throw attempts. Crain chipped in four rebounds and two assists as UCR began 2-0 in the Big West for the first time since the 2007-08 season.
