Fouls, Lamar Free Throws Thwart Highlanders, 90-75, At SMU Invitational

The UC Riverside Men's Basketball Team dropped a 90-75 decision to Lamar Friday afternoon in the first game of the three-day SMU Invitational. The Highlanders committed 33 fouls on the daythe third most in the history of the programwhile the Cardinals nailed 35 of 41 free throws to hold of all attempts at a UCR comeback.
