Mustangs Split Sunday Slate at Louisville Slugger Classic

A run-scoring single by senior first baseman Krysten Cary accounted for the winning margin as the Cal Poly softball team defeated Saint Mary's 3-2 on Sunday afternoon, but the Mustangs completed doubleheader play at the Stanford-hosted Louisville Slugger Classic at Boyd and Jill Smith Family Stadium with an 8-0, six-inning loss against the No. 10 Cardinal.
