Two first half goals by UC Santa Barbara held up as the Gauchos beat Cal State Bakersfield, 2-0, in women's soccer on Thursday evening on the Main Soccer Field in Bakersfield. The win moves the Gauchos' record to 3-4-1 for the season while the Roadrunners dropped to 4-5-0. The home loss was just the second of the season for CSUB.
