Beach Men Move Back Into First Place With Win at Cal State Fullerton

When it came time to make a play with the game on the line, it was Long Beach State that stepped up with time running out against Cal State Fullerton on Wednesday night. Larry Anderson stole the ball from the Titans with time running out and then avoided a turnover and jump ball while lying on the ground to secure a 75-74 win in front of 4,025 fans.

UC Davis Rallies For 75-73 Victory At Cal Poly

Vince Oliver made a three-pointer with four seconds remaining to give UC Davis a 75-73 victory over Cal Poly Wednesday night in a Big West Conference game at Mott Gym. The shot capped a come-from-behind victory in which the Aggies were down by as many as 14 points in the second half. Joe Harden and Kyle Brucculeri also made crucial three-pointers in the closing minutes. As a team, the Aggies shot 13-for-25 from beyond the arc.

Devine Scores 26 as Gauchos Extend Winning Streak to Three with 67-57 Victory Over Pacific

The last time UC Santa Barbara played Pacific, on Jan. 24, the Gauchos were beaten 58-36. On Wednesday night at the Thunderdome, they scored 36 points again, but this time it was only halftime and they held a 36-27 lead, and ultimately defeated the Tigers, 67-57.
