T.J. Robinson (West Haven, Conn./Kolbe Cathedral) earned Big West Men's Basketball Player of the Week accolades after matching his career-high in back-to-back games and producing a pair of double-doubles.
Robinson scored 24 points apiece in an 82-76 loss to UC Davis and 81-80 double overtime win versus Pacific. He added 12 rebounds against the Aggies and 10 versus the Tigers to cement his second and third consecutive double-doubles.
He also shot a stellar 69.6% (16 of 23) from the field and hit a solid 76.2% (16 of 21) at the free throw line. Robinson played 45 of a possible 50 minutes against the Tigers, connecting on 8 of 10 at the stripe in the win and draining 8 of 9 shots overall.
Robinson, who has corraled double-digit rebounds in four straight games, has vaulted to the No. 2 spot in rebounds (8.7) in Big West games only.
