2nd Annual Big West Basketball ShootOut Sponsored by U.S. Bank and Jack In The Box Hits LBSU This Week

Students, take a shot at $5000 during the Big West ShootOut sponsored by US Bank and Jack in the Box!

The Big West Conference hits Long Beach State on Wednesday, February 4 for the third stop on the Big West Basketball ShootOut Tour sponsored by U.S. Bank and Jack In The Box.  The Basketball ShootOut is an annual campus tour that features a basketball shooting competition for students who attend Big West Conference member institutions. The Co-Ed division champions at each institution will compete against each other for the overall ShootOut crown and $5,000 at the 2009 Big West Basketball Tournament.

The ShootOut competition is open to all individuals who have a valid student I.D. A team participating in the ShootOut may register at any time up to the start of each division’s competition. Each participant will receive a Big West ShootOut t-shirt. Students can register through the Big West Conference website, at an institution’s marketing table at basketball games, at an intramural or recreation center check-in desk or on campus at the Big West Tour tent.
