The Long Beach State women's basketball team was unable to complete a second-half comeback as it fell to host Fresno State, 76-63, Monday night in front of 2,125 fans at Save Mart Center. The 49ers dropped to 3-8 on the season, while the Bulldogs improved to 8-4.
