Twenty live events will air this week on BigWest.TV in women's volleyball, and men's and women's basketball.

Get ready for a full week of Big West Conference action, with a total of twenty events airing on BigWest.TV.  Men’s and women’s basketball kicked off the season last weekend, and women’s volleyball enters its final week of conference play with the conference title still up for grabs.  At least one event will air every day this week, and as a special for fans, all men’s and women’s basketball games in the month of November are free of charge.

On Monday, November 17 catch the first of eight men’s basketball games on this week’s schedule.  An old conference foe returns as Utah State travels to Santa Barbara to take on the defending Big West Conference champion Gauchos.  The Gauchos are 1-0 on the young season following their opening-weekend victory over Cal State L.A.  Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. PT.

The UC Riverside men’s basketball team makes their first appearance on BigWest.TV this season on Tuesday, November 18.  The Highlanders will host Sacramento State at the Student Recreation Center beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Women’s hoops joins the fray on Wednesday, November 19 when Cal State Northridge welcomes San Diego to the Matadome.  The Matadors look to become the second Big West team to knock off the Toreros this season, following UCSB’s victory over USD on Sunday night.  Game time is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.  A pair of men’s basketball games are also on the schedule for Wednesday, as Pacific hosts UC San Diego (7:00 p.m.) and UC Irvine takes on Eastern Washington (7:05 p.m.).

Defending Big West Tournament champion Cal State Fullerton returns home this week after a road trip to the state of Hawai’i last weekend.  The Titans will face Hope International in Titan Gym on Thursday, November 20 at 7:05 p.m.  The Titans split last weekend’s games, garnering a victory over Hawai’i with a 41-point outburst by Josh Akognon, last year’s Big West Tournament MVP.

A busy weekend starts on Friday, November 21 with two women’s basketball games and three women’s volleyball matches, all starting at 7:00 p.m.  In women’s hoops, Cal State Fullerton takes on Saint Mary’s while Long Beach State tips off against San Jose State .  In Big West women’s volleyball, every match is critical as the conference race comes down to the wire.  Pre-season favorite Cal Poly will travel to UC Riverside, current league-leader Long Beach State heads to Cal State Northridge, and second-place UC Irvine hosts UC Santa Barbara.

Saturday, November 22 will be the busiest day of the BigWest.TV season to date, with a total of eight events in three sports broadcasting live.  At 2:00 p.m., catch UC Riverside men’s basketball against Northern Arizona as well as Cal State Northridge women’s hoops versus Cal State Bakersfield.  At  4:00 p.m., Long Beach State men’s basketball will host Weber State and at 5:00 p.m., the Pacific women take on Northern Colorado .  A quartet of women’s volleyball matches begin at 7:00 p.m., highlighted by Cal Poly at UC Irvine.  Long Beach State travels to Fullerton , NorCal rivals Pacific and UC Davis square off, and UC Riverside will travel to UC Santa Barbara to cap off the regular season.

The week wraps up with a lone men’s basketball game on Sunday, November 23.  The UC Davis Aggies return home after opening the season in Ames, Iowa to host Portland in The Pavilion.  The game is scheduled for an afternoon tip of 2:00 p.m.

***NOTE:  The UC Santa Barbara-North Carolina men’s basketball match-up on Friday, November 21 will not air on BigWest.TV.  However, the game will be shown live on ESPNU at 7:00 p.m. PT***
