The final week of the Big West baseball regular-season schedule starts on Tuesday, May 20 when league-leading
No.
6 Cal State Fullerton hosts UCLA in a non-conference match-up at Goodwin Field. First pitch between the Titans and Bruins is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. PDT.
On Friday, May 23, the final series on BigWest.TV this year begin when Cal State Northridge faces UC Davis at 3:00 p.m. Thirty-game winner UC Davis is looking to prove themselves worthy of an NCAA berth, having played 12 of their last 15 games against top 25 opponents. Also on Friday, third-place UC Santa Barbara travels to
Irvine
to take on the No. 9 Anteaters. The Gauchos are looking to sweep UC Irvine in hopes of earning a share of the conference title.
Game 2 of both series are scheduled for Saturday, May 24 with the Matadors and Aggies taking the field at 1:00 p.m., while the Anteaters and Gauchos will face off beginning at 5:00 p.m. Both game 3’s will take place on Sunday, May 25 beginning at 1:00 p.m.
Weekend conference series get started on Friday, May 16 at 2:00 p.m., when UC Santa Barbara plays host to UC Riverside. At 6:00 p.m., Cal Poly will face
Long Beach
State and Pacific welcomes Cal State Northridge. Game 2 of each series will take place on Saturday, May 17: the Gauchos and the Highlanders will battle beginning at 1:00 p.m., while the Mustangs and Dirtbags and Tigers and Matadors see their first pitch at 6:00 p.m. The closing game for each series will be at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 18.
