Irvine this week comes the video edition of the UC Irvine Blue & Gold Report featuring interviews with senior women’s golfer Selaneé Henderson, sophomore men’s tennis player Zac Tsai, and new Director of Intercollegiate Athletics, Mike Izzi.
Henderson was tabbed as one of the Top 50 to watch in Golf World’s College Preview, is a three-time All-Big West First Team member, and was tabbed as the Big West Player of the Year in 2006. She is hoping to lead the Anteaters to their fourth consecutive Big West Conference title at the Big West Golf Championships at Tijeras Creek Golf Club in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA on April 21 and 22.
Tsai was named All-Big West honorable mention in his freshman year of 2006-07 after walking on to the team. He is hoping to be healthy as the Anteaters approach the Big West Tennis Championships at

Izzi was named the newest Director of Intercollegiate Athletics at UCI in December 2007. He took the reigns of the Anteater program after spending the past sixteen years in the Stanford Athletics department, most recently as the associate athletic director for sports administration and development.
