UC Irvine's Eddie Erazo earns his second Big West Male Swimming & Diving Athlete of the Week accolade of the season, while Pacific Ja-Neil Bragg picks up her first Big West Female Swimming & Diving Athlete of the Week, for the week ending Nov. 18.

Erazo's NCAA 'A' cut time of 1:44.54 in the 200 fly set a new Nike Cup record. The San Diego, Calif., native also posted times of 49.14 in the 100 fly, 49.57 in the 100 back and 1:50.50 in the 200 IM. Erazo opened the year with his first weekly award after an impressive showing at the Lincoln Aquatics Shootout.

Bragg had a great showing at the Nike Cup, her biggest accomplishment came in the 400 IM where she automatically qualified for the NCAA Championships in the preliminaries with a school record time of 4:14.81. That time alone would have won the 400 IM if she had equaled the performance in the finals, instead Bragg chose to focus on the 200 Free. The strategy worked as Bragg won the 200 free with a time of 1:49.14. Earlier in the weekend, Bragg set a Tiger record in the 200 IM as she finished second in the event in 2:00.69.

Other nominated - (women): Lyndsay DePaul (UCI); (men) Krzysztof Zoldak (PAC)
