UC Irvine will challenge No. 5 UCLA in the UC Irvine/Nike Invitational as the Bruins visit Crawford Hall on Friday, September 7. This will be the second game of the night, so start time is scheduled at approximately 7:00 p.m. UC Irvine will play a pair of matches on Saturday as well, facing the Golden Eagles of Southern Mississippi at approximately 1:00 p.m. and the William & Mary Tribe at approximately 7:00 p.m.
Friday will also mark the UC Davis Women’s Volleyball program’s first appearance on BigWest.TV as a member of the Big West Conference. In their first home contest this season, the Aggies will take on the Boise State Broncos in the Hallmark Inn Aggie Invitational. Start time is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. PDT. The Aggies will also face the Idaho Vandals and the San Francisco Dons in matches on Saturday at 12:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., respectively.
Big West men’s soccer action also continues Friday as the Cal State Fullerton Titans meet the Memphis Tigers in the second match of the Titan Tournament. Game time is approximately 7:00 p.m. The Titans will face Michigan on Sunday, September 9 in the concluding match of the Titan Tournament, also scheduled at approximately 7:00 p.m.
