Anaheim, CA (Sports Network) - Miah Davis poured in a game-high 21 points in
leading the second-seeded Pacific Tigers to a 67-61 victory over the fourth-
seeded Idaho Vandals in the semifinal round of the Big West Conference
Tournament at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Davis finished the game 4-of-9 from the floor and 12-of-14 from the foul line,
as Pacific (23-7) won its 13th straight game. Christian Maraker tallied 12
points, while Guillaume Yango turned in 10 points and eight boards in the
winning effort.

Tyrone Hayes paced Idaho (14-16) in defeat with 19 points and seven boards.
Dandrick Jones contributed 17 points, while Dwayne Williams chipped in 13
points in the losing cause.

Pacific shot a solid 52.6 percent from the floor in the first half, opening up
a 31-27 lead at the break.

In the second stanza, the Tigers converted 16-of-18 free-throw attempts, as
they held on for the six-point victory.

Pacific made 54.3 percent of its total shots in the contest, while holding
Idaho to a dismal 38.6 percent shooting effort from the field.

The Tigers will take on Cal State Northridge in the finals of the BWC
Tournament on Saturday.
