SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - Kyle Morgan and Drew
Johnson each drove in a game-high three runs and
San Francisco scored four runs in the third and
fourth innings en route to a 10-5 victory over UC
Davis in a non-conference baseball game at
Benedetti Diamond Wednesday afternoon. The win
gives the Dons a season sweep in two games
against the Aggies.

The loss snaps the Aggies' season-long eight-
game winning streak and gives them an overall
record of 14-8 heading into this weekend's
conference-opening series with Pacific. The Dons
have now won a season-best six straight games to
improve their record to 14-10.

Ryan Royster and Scott Heylman had the best
offensive game for the Aggies as they each had a
double and an RBI. Royster and Kevin James were
the lone Aggies to record multiple hits in the game.
Heylman finished with a taam-best two runs scored.
Three of the Aggies' five runs came off two walks
and a wild pitch.

Morgan and Johnson each had three hits and a
game-high three RBI's while Zach Kim drove home
two runs to lead the Dons offensively. Joey Railey
went a perfect 3-for-3 with a game-high three runs
scored. Starting pitcher Evan Frederickson struck
out seven batters to earn his second win of the

The Aggies scored two runs in the third inning, both
off bases loaded walks to take the lead at 2-1. Jake
Jefferies and Ryan Scoma were walked with the
bases juiced to earn credit for the RBI's.

The Dons scored four runs in the bottom half of the
third inning and four more in the fourth to jump out
to a 9-2 lead. Johnson drove home two of the runs
in the third inning with a single to center field. The
final run in the inning came off an error. Tavo Hall
hit a solo homer to start off the fourth and Johnson
drove in another run to highlight the inning. Morgan
accounted for two runs with RBI singles in both

UC Davis scored three more runs in the sixth inning
to cut the lead to 9-5. Scoma scored the first run on
a wild pitch to mark the third consecutive Aggie run
not brought home on a hit. Heylman doubled home
Matt Dempsey three at bats later and Royster
brought Heylman home the next time up to cap the
big inning.

Morgan drove in another Don run in the seventh to
make it a five-run lead, 10-5.

Jeff Reekers allowed five runs in his second loss of
the season.

Dempsey extended his hitting streak to 16 straight
games, which ties Jefferies' season-best streak.
