Jody McRoberts is in her 27th year as a member of the Big West office staff. McRoberts was elevated to associate commissioner in the summer of 2002. She serves as the conference's senior woman administrator, scheduling coordinator for the association's round robin sports and editor of the conference manual and media publications.

McRoberts functions as the league's meeting planner, is the league's primary administrator for men's and women's soccer and softball and handles the conference awards program.

On the national front, she has served on the NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Committee.

Before arriving at the Big West offices, McRoberts was an assistant sports information director at UC Irvine (1982-83). She began her tenure with the Big West in 1983 as a publications assistant, and served as the league's information director from 1984 to 1990.

McRoberts earned a Bachelor's degree in English from Ohio University in 1982.

She and her husband, Lance, live in Lake Forest with their sons, Colin and Beau.
