Jody McRoberts is in her 29th year as a member of the Big West office staff. She serves as the conference's senior woman administrator, scheduling coordinator for the association's round robin sports, and director of championships.

McRoberts is the league's primary administrator for softball, men's and women's soccer, and men's and women's tennis. She also oversees the conference awards program, and functions as the league's meeting planner.

On the national front, she has served on the NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Committee.

Before arriving at the Big West offices, McRoberts was an assistant sports information director at UC Irvine (1982-83). She began her tenure with the Big West in 1983 as a publications assistant, and served as the league's information director from 1984 to 1990.

McRoberts earned a Bachelor's degree in English from Ohio University in 1982.

She and her husband, Lance, live in Lake Forest and have two sons, Colin and Beau.
