Beth Holtermann begins her third season with the Big West as an administrative assistant after serving as a special events intern with the conference for one season. Holtermann provides administrative support for the league's compliance and officiating programs and works with the Special Assistance and Special Opportunity Fund reporting for the NCAA.

Prior to working at the Big West, she interned with the PGA of Southern California as a junior tour assistant/field representative and was a sales assistant at Wasco Valley Rose Golf Course and Club Glove.

Holtermann received her bachelor's in Business Management from Long Beach State in 2007. During her tenure at LBSU, she lettered in golf and was a two-time All-Big West Second Team member. In 2009, Holtermann received her Master's in Sports Management at LBSU.

Holtermann resides in Anaheim.
