Sophomore forward Alissa Sanchez's goal nearly five minutes into the first overtime gave UC Santa Barbara (7-7-1, 4-1-0 BWC) a thrilling 3-2 Big West Conference win over Long Beach State (5-7-2, 1-2-0 BWC) on Thursday evening at Meredith Field at Harder Stadium. The win was the Gauchos' fourth straight.

First Half Goal Stands up in 1-0 Win Over UC Davis
Freshman Cici Kobinski's team-leading fourth goal of the season led the Cal Poly women's soccer team to a 1-0 win over UC Davis in a Big West Conference game at Alex G. Spanos Stadium on Thursday in San Luis Obispo. With the win the Mustangs improve to 10-5-0 overall and 4-1-0 in conference while the Aggies fall to 6-6-1 and 1-3-0 in the BWC.
