The UC Santa Barbara softball team (26-22, 9-9) displayed its most prolific scoring of the season on its way to a 12-0 mercy rule victory over UC Davis (21-30, 5-13) on Sunday afternoon at Campus Diamond, completing its three-game sweep of the Aggies.

No. 21 Cal Poly Stays atop Big West Table with Home Finale Win

Sophomore lefthander Anna Cahn struck out five hitters and, aided by a season-best three double plays, faced the minimum amount of Pacific hitters through six innings as the No. 21 and Big West Conference-leading Cal Poly softball team completed its 2009 regular season home schedule at Bob Janssen Field Sunday afternoon with a 6-3 victory against Pacific.

Heinle's One-Hitter Lifts Titans to Sweep

Freshman righthander Krystal Heinle carried a no-hitter into the seventh inning, finishing with just one hit allowed, and freshman Trina Harrison slugged her third home run of the season to help lift host Cal State Fullerton to a three-game sweep of Cal State Northridge by the score of 3-1 on Sunday afternoon at Anderson Family Field.
