For the second consecutive year, Pacific’s Nikki Armagost was named Big West Offensive Player of the Year, while teammate Nicole Matson took home honors as the Big West Defensive Player of the Year to highlight the announcement of the 2012 softball all-conference team.

Jimmy Allen's RBI triple in the fifth inning snapped a 2-2 tie and Cal Poly, which trailed 2-1, earned a 6-2 victory over CSU Bakersfield in a non-conference baseball game Tuesday night at Hardt Field.
